At Saaj Studio, each creation is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order with love and care. Since many of our products are personalized and customized, we kindly request customers to review the following policy before placing an order.

Order Processing — Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Customized and made-to-order products may require additional time.

Shipping & Delivery — Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

Payment Policy — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid to confirm the booking.

Order Tracking — Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders — If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
