As all of our creations are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. All purchases are final. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. Please note Opening video is must without any editing and cuts. We will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.
