As many of our creations are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. All purchases are final. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial/full refund.
